“Robert Paris’ RENEW© program profoundly changed my life for the better. When I started the program, I was mired in cynicism and self-doubt which had been reinforced by multiple convergent life challenges, the beginning stages of a so-called mid-life crisis, and an extended period of transition that left me unsure of who I was, what was important to me, and what I was capable of. RENEW© helped me identify and articulate the components of my life story that shaped who I was and prevented me from being the person I was always meant to be. The process then guided me to unearth the falsehoods I told myself that I had integrated into my subconscious and self-image and expose them for the saboteurs that they were. From there, Robert helped me build a framework to rewire my defective brain wiring and manage these saboteurs through self-awareness, positivity, and consistent reinforcement of the truths about myself I had long ago stopped believing and prioritizing.
